Official Music Video.

My favourite music video is not a very popular one, Don't Stop by Innerpartysystem.

The first which is embedded at the top, I chose because of the fast pace and editing used throughout the video. I recently researched the technique and director's work, apparently it cost nearly nothing and it was all shot in small locations.

what I really like about this video is the storyline seen within, the story and imagery goes with the lyrics- having a news report about celebritie's obscene behavior, just like the song itself.
The band are also seen throughout the video, quick fast pace shots of them performing with a jagged camera and the lead vocalist being in the news reports like a black and white mug-shot with either his eyes or mouth censored, mostly depending on the lyrics.

The video itself is a disturbing yet clever and very 'techno' piece. It's creepy because the two news presenters are syncing with the lyrics but often has very quick cuts to them doing something obscene eg/ The woman wears a cosmetic surgery mask and the male has blood pouring out of his mouth.

The video itself got banned from certain music channels, luckily I saw it before this.

The video got replaced by another by the same director, with the 1950's style theme but not anywhere near as good.
